ICHEF has prepared me to be globally competent by giving me an opportunity to build strong foundation that’s not going to crumble as I enter into the real world culinary industry. I was able to hone my skills and explore more of what I’m capable of and to always remember that learning to cook is a lifelong process. At the end of the day, it’s always about having the right and positive attitude: works quickly, efficiently, neatly and safely: that will help you not only learn skills but also persevere and overcome the many difficult you will face. A diploma does not make you a Chef so always keep your feet on the ground.
