JIBPro 2024: "Alpha Ready: Now and Beyond!" at Ayala Malls Abreeza
The International Management School and the Institute of International Culinary and Hospitality Entrepreneurship IChef held their annual showcase of their students' world class proficiencies with JIB PRO 2024 last March 19 at Ayala Malls Abreeza. Then known as "Global Skills", the whole day event featured culinary presentations, including Bread Display, Cake Possible, Coffee Pop-Up, Fantasy Dessert, Grandscape Set Up, Culinary, Wine 101, and Barista Canvas: The Art of Pouring activities. It also highlighted other globally in-demand skills through Inflight Safety Demonstration, Travel Lokal: Live Tour Packaging, Travel Lokal: Live Tour Guiding, MICE Pitch, Aloha Hotel, and Inflight Emergency Procedure presentations. "We decided to elevate the bar of excellence of tourism, culinary and hospitality with JIB Pro with our theme 'Alpha Ready: Now and Beyond'," said JIB International Schools Chairperson Joji Ilagan Bian. Aria Hotel General manager Augustine Silva delivered the keynote message during the program.
